1. Purpose of the Platform

This platform is provided to facilitate the exchange of unwanted personal items between colleagues in return for a voluntary charitable donation. The platform is operated by a group of employees, with the aim of encouraging reuse, reducing waste, and supporting charitable causes in a spirit of goodwill and community.

The platform is not operated, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Clearstream or Deutsche Börse. Clearstream and Deutsche Börse accept no responsibility or liability for the operation of the platform, the listing or exchange of items, or the collection, management, administration, or distribution of any charitable donations made in connection with its use.

2. Good Faith and Trust

All users are expected to participate honestly, respectfully, and in good faith. The platform relies on mutual trust between colleagues and users should act with integrity when listing, claiming, and exchanging items.

3. Accuracy of Listings

Individuals offering an item should provide an accurate description of its condition and any known defects or limitations.

Items should only be listed if the owner has the right to dispose of or transfer ownership of the item.

4. Item Condition

All items are offered on an "as is" basis.

The platform does not inspect, verify, guarantee, or endorse any item listed. Users are responsible for satisfying themselves regarding the suitability, condition, safety, and functionality of any item before using it.

5. Charitable Donation

Users claiming an item are expected to make the requested charitable donation in good faith, where applicable.

Responsibility for making and verifying any donation rests solely with the individuals involved in the exchange.

6. Arranging Collection and Transfer

The exchange, collection, transportation, and transfer of items must be arranged directly between the parties involved.

Users are responsible for agreeing mutually convenient exchange arrangements and for any costs or logistics associated with the transfer. Items may not be stored or left lying around the office building for collection.

The platform is not responsible for facilitating, monitoring, or resolving issues relating to collection or delivery.

7. No Commercial Activity

Items must not be listed for commercial resale, business promotion, or personal profit.

The platform is intended solely for the exchange of unwanted items in support of charitable giving and workplace community engagement.

8. Prohibited Items

Users must not list any item that is unlawful, dangerous, offensive, counterfeit, prohibited by company policy, or otherwise inappropriate for workplace exchange.

The platform administrators reserve the right to remove any listing deemed unsuitable.

9. Limitation of Liability

The platform and its administrators accept no responsibility or liability for:

• The quality, condition, safety, or legality of listed items.
• Any disputes between users.
• Failure to make a charitable donation.
• Loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from the exchange or use of any item.
• Collection, transportation, or delivery arrangements.

Participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at each user's own risk.

10. Respectful Behaviour

Users must interact respectfully and professionally at all times. Harassment, inappropriate conduct, misuse of the platform, or attempts to mislead other users may result in removal of listings or access restrictions.

11. Right to Remove Content

Platform administrators reserve the right to edit or remove listings, restrict access, or take appropriate action where these terms are not followed or where activity is deemed inconsistent with the purpose of the platform.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By listing or claiming an item through this platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
